We see business analysis (BA) as an important tool in our daily work. Utilizing BA methods and techniques has proven to be an important part of any project. We research, learn, understand and document how organizations function, how business units and stakeholders operate and the methods used in communication. We act as a liaison between various businesses and operations team members, understanding the issues and opportunities from various points of view and assist in ensuring correct comprehension of the business and its requirements between teams with specific domain knowledge (e.g. accountants and software developers).
It is critical in any project to elicit and understand requirements in a way that are complete, clear, correct and consistent. Requirements analysis is done throughout many activities, including elicitation, analysis, verification and validation at various steps of the project.
Over and over again it has been said and proven that bad or incomplete requirements are the leading reason for failed projects. Therefore, we make sure requirements are collected properly. The earlier the problems are identified, the more cost effective it is to correct them.
The business needs and validated requirements are assessed on how each proposed solution affects the enterprise, and ensures that proper solutions are chosen, documented and effectively communicated with stakeholders.
We integrate all services and use them when applicable to achieve a required goal. We may be running a set of projects for an enterprise where the goal is to deliver specific improvements in how the goods are delivered to the customer. We will utilize Business Analysis throughout the project lifecycle, where new software may be developed to achieve specific deliverables.
